A leading international law firm in Bristol is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to provide comprehensive support for their global infrastructure. The successful candidate will work on migrations and deployments and ensure the integrity of systems and networks while collaborating with teams to enhance service delivery. This permanent position offers a balanced work environment combining office and home working.
Our IT Services team have an exciting opportunity forsomeone to join us as an IT Infrastructure Engineer (known internally as Platforms & Networks Operations Engineer). The successful candidate will provide 3rd line level support of Osborne Clarke's global Data and Voice Network Infrastructure, Platforms, Servers and Systems, whilst playing key roles in migrations and deployments enabling OC to sustain a well-established cloud-first approach.
This is a permanent position based out of our Bristol office, combined with some home working.
You will provide a comprehensive level of support to the global business for Osborne Clarke's physical, virtual and cloud infrastructure, connectivity including wired and wireless networks, and key services such as e‑mail, telephony and SaaS, PaaS & IaaS platforms.

We are looking for someone who is used to working in an demanding Operations team with a high level of personal responsibility. We'll expect you to have good knowledge of cloud and virtualisation technologies, networking principles and Windows server architecture and services. Alongsidethis, a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the Azure platform will also be needed. Further technical requirements can be found below:
