A leading recruitment agency in IT is seeking an IT Implementations and Training Technician to provide training and implementation support for their clients. You will facilitate hardware and software demonstrations, conduct training both remotely and face-to-face, and assist with project implementations. Ideal candidates should have experience with Windows operating systems, SQL Server, and flexibility for onsite training. This hybrid role offers a salary of up to £45,000 plus outstanding benefits, including pension and health insurance.
Hybrid-working – WFH (x2 days) + Portsmouth (x3 days on-site)

Our client is looking for an IT Implementations and Training Technician to join and become a valued team member, who will contribute and provide training and implementation support to their customers.
You will be assisting them with hardware and software product demonstrations and training on those products and this individual will be required to attend presentations and exhibitions.
As an IT Implementations and Training Technician you will need to deliver client training (remote and face‑to‑face) and need to respond to training‑related queries from clients and resellers as well as supporting and planning the project implementations.
