Responsibilities

• Provide basic to intermediate level IT configuration services.
• Perform software installations and configuration in existing IT infrastructure or pre‑designed projects.
• Be familiar with current Microsoft desktop operating systems.
• Build various systems using detailed scripts (training provided).
• Maintain effective up‑line reporting with strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Handle 25‑50% data input on spreadsheets, requiring attention to detail.
• Consolidate consignments for distribution.
• Communicate status to Supervisors/Team Leaders to decide appropriate actions.
• Manage pallet movement, work planning, boxing and unboxing IT equipment.
• Achieve targets, SLA and time‑management goals.
