Delivering expert IT hardware support with precision and purpose

Salary: £34,329 - £38,754

As our IT Hardware Analyst, you’ll be the expert in ensuring the availability of hardware components, delivering a first‑class service, minimising disruptions and exposing root causes of incidents.

You’ll handle complex incidents and escalations, resolving and identifying.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting changes to service, configuration and organisational change.
  • Carrying out the daily management of force hardware
  • Facilitating office moves, changes, events and operational incidents.
You must have
  • Experience of investigating and managing hardware and associated software incidents.
  • Experience of conducting hardware life cycle and configuration management.
  • Have continual service improvement skills, exploring opportunities for automation of processes.
