Clearwater People Solutions is partnering with a client seeking an IT Governance Coordinator to join their technology team. The role sits at the heart of Technology Governance, shaping how key decisions are delivered and interacting with senior leadership.

You will collate management information, coordinate governance meetings, maintain risk and action tracking, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making while driving continuous improvement across processes.

Responsibilities

• Collate and distribute high-quality management information, reports and governance packs to support senior leadership decision making.
• Coordinate and manage governance and leadership meetings, including agendas, scheduling, documentation and minute-taking.
• Maintain oversight of key governance processes, including action tracking, risk management and ensuring timely follow‑up with stakeholders.
• Support Technology teams with reporting, data analysis and the production of meaningful insights to inform decision‑making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements, small projects and operational efficiencies.
