Qualifications

• Previous IT Technician or IT Service Desk experience.
• Solid understanding of end user devices including laptops and printers.
• Ability to manage workload independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to colleagues across the country.
• Perform IT equipment setups and installations at various sites.
• Monitor and report on IT services within the region.
