Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Support role is necessary.
• Must possess a full UK driving license.
• Excellent networking knowledge (Firewalls, VPN, etc.) is required.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS is essential.
• Experience with setting up and maintaining servers.
• Positive can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Line Support.
• Travel to sites to install and configure networks.
• Resolve alarm tickets in a timely manner.
• Support and maintain servers and network systems.
• Conduct project work as needed.
• Perform full IT system installations and updates.
• Conduct daily checks to ensure system security and functionality.
• Maintain IT support documentation.
• Test alarm signals to ensure proper functionality.
