Responsibilities
- Providing onsite and remote IT support across UK and EU locations
- Leading on hardware deployments, site-level standards, and local network troubleshooting
- Supporting the IT Director on strategic projects
- Collaborating with the Helpdesk and technical teams to resolve escalated issues
- Designing and presenting reports/updates to stakeholders as required
- Supporting the Helpdesk team in managing the ticketing queue and assisting with any escalated tickets
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a technical or IT coordination role
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- A flexible, proactive mindset and willingness to travel
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English (Dutch or German a bonus), Bachelor's (preferred)
- IT support: 5 years (preferred)
- 75% willingness to travel (required)
