End Date: 30 June 2026
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00
Contract Type: Consultant (IR35 In Scope)
Pay Rate: £18.87 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Field Service Technician to join a secure, high‑profile environment. This role involves managing IT hardware and stock, performing repairs, and ensuring service levels are maintained across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ticket Management: Handle and update service tickets for your hub and surrounding spokes, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Stock & Asset Management: Manage hub stock, scan items in/out, and maintain accurate asset records.
  • Disposals: Oversee hardware disposals in line with contractual requirements.
  • Hardware Repairs: Triage and repair in‑warranty equipment; liaise with vendors for parts and returns.
  • Locker Replenishment: Ensure lockers are stocked appropriately.
  • Service Improvement: Identify potential issues and suggest improvements to your Team Leader.
  • Compliance: Follow all site regulations and agreed processes.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 2+ years in a PC field service or workshop environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with hardware repairs; HP & Dell accreditation (or willingness to train).
  • Clearance: Must hold or be eligible for SC Clearance (UK National with UK passport).
  • Driving Licence: Full, clean UK driving licence required.
  • Flexibility: Must join the out‑of‑hours rota and standby schedule.
