A leading education technology provider is seeking an IT Field Engineer in Manchester. Qualifications

  • Must have around 3 years’ in-role experience in IT support or consultancy services, ideally in the Education or Public Sectors.
  • Working knowledge of firewalls, Windows AD, MS Intune device management.
  • Beneficial to have qualifications in Networking – CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA/CCNP.

Responsibilities

  • On and off-site troubleshooting for 5-10 school clients.
  • Provide technical support in a deadline heavy environment.
  • Collaboration with Project Managers for knowledge sharing.
