A leading education provider in the UK seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide 2nd and 3rd line support across multiple locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, managing P1 incidents, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in IT support, with strong knowledge in cloud solutions and networking. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package including life assurance and mental health support.
Monday - Friday 08 : 30am - 16 : 30pm.

Provide 2nd / 3rd line IT support across multiple sites in the South West, resolving incidents, service requests, and problems. Act as an escalation point for 1st / 2nd line engineers, support infrastructure and applications, and assist with new technology rollouts.
