Technip Energies is seeking a dedicated Site IT Support Engineer to be a vital part of our Net Zero Teesside Power Project. About the Role:


As a Site IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations on-site throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will support equipment installation, troubleshooting, and user support, helping drive the success of this innovative energy project.


What You’ll Do:

  • Install, configure, and maintain PCs, workstations, printers, and plotters.
  • Connect and troubleshoot LAN, network, and peripheral devices.
  • Provide first-level support for software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Maintain printers and other IT equipment, including toner and ink replacements.
  • Assist with local helpdesk support and day-to-day IT operations.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Team and participate in IT audits and site activities.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of IT services in coordination with specialists.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • A graduate with working experience in IT Engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of IT equipment, LAN, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to support a dynamic project environment.
