Overview

IT Engineer role within the Customer Operations Team. The role supports delivery of cutting-edge technology and helps shape the digital future. Depending on experience, tasks may include O365, SCCM, Intune, Windows/Linux, Print, Citrix, Azure, and application operation and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and operational support across multiple customer environments.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows/Linux, SCCM, Intune, Citrix, Azure, and print services based on your expertise.
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices across IT environments.
  • Support cloud and hybrid IT environments, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and security.
Sample tasks and responsibilities
  • O365: Administration and support of Office 365 environments.
  • Windows/Linux: Management and maintenance of Windows and Linux server environments.
  • SCCM: Design and implement SCCM application packaging and software deployment across multiple customers. Manage software updates, patch management (WSUS), and release management.
  • Intune: Oversee Autopilot, Co-management, and security settings (BitLocker, Windows Hello for Business). Manage software updates, patch management (WSUS), and release management. Manage device policies, Conditional Access, and MAM (iOS & Android).
  • Print: Support and management of enterprise print solutions.
  • Citrix: Citrix Cloud and Citrix on-premises environments management.
  • Azure: Administration and management of Azure cloud services.
  • Application operation and support: Operation and support of enterprise applications. Windows server maintenance.

  • Experience with troubleshooting and support for virtual machine issues.

Formal requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (relevant work experience may compensate for the lack of a degree).
  • Proven experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or enterprise support.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: O365, SCCM, Intune, Windows/Linux, Print, Citrix, Azure, or application support.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), Azure Administrator Associate, or similar are a plus but not required.
