• Lead supplier performance management within retained categories.
• Monitor and report supplier performance, resolving issues.
• Drive value and innovation from supplier relationships.
• Manage operational risk and governance effectively.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Support implementation and exit processes for suppliers.
• Identify and deliver value-added initiatives.
• Act as key contact for internal stakeholders.

Skills

Strong background in supplier relationship or performance management

In-depth understanding of supplier treatment frameworks

Proven experience working cross-functionally with Procurement

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
