IT Operations & Productivity Tools

  • Manage endpoint security, patching, and device compliance policies.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and partner with GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) to implement company IT/security policies (e.g., ISO 27001).
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers (e.g., CSP, MSP, security partners).
  • Serve as the primary IT/DevOps contact for cross‑department stakeholders.
  • Define standards, guardrails, and reusable templates for CI/CD pipelines.
  • Empower developers to build, run, and continuously improve their pipelines, with oversight to ensure security/compliance.
  • Oversee observability practices (logging, metrics, tracing) and drive developer ownership of service health.
  • Champion automation to improve deployment speed, reliability, and recovery.
Security & Compliance
  • Partner with GRC to ensure environments align with ISO 27001 and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Support audits, penetration tests, and incident response activities.
Success Measures

  • Track record managing endpoint security, device compliance, and asset inventory at scale.
  • Experience partnering with GRC on ISO 27001 alignment, audit support, and incident response.
