A regional health organization in Gloucester is seeking an IT Deployment professional to manage and support IT equipment across various sites. Responsibilities include imaging and configuring devices, managing inventory, and communicating with users regarding IT systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT support and a proactive approach to service delivery.
The Digital services team in the Trust leads on Digital strategy, development, co‑ordination, planning, project, and programme management for all Digital and supporting functions.
This role forms part of the IT Operations team within the wider Digital Service.
The main purpose of this role is to deliver a high‑quality, professional service in issuing, maintaining and upgrading the GHC IT Equipment Estate.
This role involves working across all GHC sites to ensure timely delivery, setup, and support of IT devices.
The post holder will be part of the core hub that will manage real‑time communications with customers on the status of IT and Clinical Systems and Operations, liaising directly with other services as required.
