Are you looking for a role which will contribute to the University delivering global change? Are you an experienced demand and capacity manager, able to manage the forecasting of demand from the business and IT, and communicate capacity requirements through to the delivery units? Can you work with complex data, managing conflict and stakeholders to ensure the right resource is available internally when required to meet customer volume demands and prioritise the strategic objectives of the University?
You will join the IT Project Delivery Directorate, which is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a large and diverse portfolio of IT projects for one of the largest higher education institutions in the UK. This role is critical to the integrated IT directorate's success.
You will be responsible for determining the resource capacity needed by IT to meet the portfolio of technology change, understanding how the functions operate and planning for future capacity requirements by undertaking planning activities to ensure targets are met and optimising portfolio efficiency.
