Job summary

Reperio Human Capital in Belfast is seeking an experienced IT Contract Recruiter to own and grow our contract desk. You will manage the full lifecycle from brief to placement to renewal, and build strong relationships with both clients and IT contractors.

Expect a fast-paced, high-volume environment with uncapped commission and a supportive team in a modern Belfast city-centre office with onsite facilities. This is a dynamic role for a target-driven recruiter.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract IT recruitment.
• Solid understanding of contract mechanics, including rate negotiation.
• Proven ability to build trust with clients and contractors.
• Comfortable working to targets in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full contract lifecycle, from brief to placement to renewal.
• Winning and developing new client relationships across the Irish IT market.
• Handling extensions, renewals and offboarding smoothly.
• Looking after contractors and client accounts so both sides keep choosing to work with you.
