Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

Our client in financial services is looking for a proactive and experienced IT Contract Manager to join their team, supporting supplier relationships and governance activities. This is a hands‑on role focused on managing relationships with key suppliers and ensuring contract performance and alignment with business needs.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team that touches every business unit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a regulated environment and enjoys balancing structured governance with dynamic problem‑solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance across contracts.
  • Lead governance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks.
  • Support contract changes, transformation programmes, and business unit initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract alignment and delivery.
  • Provide advice and insight on supplier risk, operational resilience, and contract value.
  • Think creatively to solve challenges without relying solely on RFPs or sourcing materials.
