Role Purpose

To apply expert knowledge in the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft's cloud technology stack with particular focus in Azure Infrastructure, 365, Defender and Intune. Supports IT Operations, acts as an escalation point for end-user issues and collaborates with I&O Manager and Technical Architect to optimise Cloud Infrastructure.

Key Technical Duties

• Contributor in Azure Cloud migration and service optimisation, whilst always considering security best practices and possible cost optimisations.
• Use Microsoft tooling and RMM platform to deliver outstanding support to Oxalis users
• Use Microsoft tooling to provision Windows devices, package and deliver software, and also manage user identities
• Coordinate and oversee 3rd party activities to ensure successful delivery of service terms.
• Manage incidents and changes using JIRA Service Management.
• Remediate identified vulnerabilities and contribute to Oxalis' security landscape.

Work Hours

Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with the potential for hybrid working arrangements. While regular office presence is expected, there may be flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.
