Job summary

MEDECINS SANS FRONTIERES UK is seeking an IT Project and Change Manager (Maternity Cover) in London. The role combines project management, change management and business analysis to deliver IT solutions that meet stakeholder needs.

You will work in a hybrid IT team, engage across the organisation, and support boards and sponsors throughout delivery. The position is 37.5 hours per week, for 5 months, with salary from £52,866.48 to £64,614.57 per year.

Qualifications

• Proven change management skills enabling effective adoption of IT systems.
• Experience delivering projects in complex stakeholder environments.
• Extensive business partnering to build relationships and influence.
• IT systems project management including planning, risk and delivery.
• Strong business analysis: requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis.
• Experience in IT systems procurement and supplier management.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Visio and Excel.
• Understanding of SDLC and enterprise solutions.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP or ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project delivery and manage change impact.
• Provide business analysis to identify IT solutions for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise value from tech investments.
• Support project boards and sponsors through issues and decisions.
• Guide the change team to break down silos and implement new processes.
