Job summary

Faith Recruitment is seeking an IT Business Solutions Manager in the Wimbledon area to lead data and analytics initiatives across multiple markets. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions and drive projects from concept to go-live.

The role requires strong Azure, Python/PySpark, SQL, and Power BI skills, plus excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and evolution of data/analytics solutions across multi-market environments.

• Lead data/tech projects through implementation and go-live.
• Support system rollouts, data migration, and localisation across markets.
• Manage application performance, incidents, enhancements, and change.
• Coordinate with architecture, security, and data teams to ensure scalable, secure, accurate solutions.
• Manage third-party suppliers, budgets, and external resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve data usage and value.
• Communicate effectively with technical and senior business stakeholders.

Job description

Salary: £55,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering data and analytics solutions within an IT environment.
• Strong Microsoft Azure experience, particularly Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure Data Lake/Lakehouse.
• Good understanding of data architecture and data flows.
• Practical SQL experience.
• Experience with Python and/or PySpark.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of data ingestion, processing, analysis, visualisation, and KPIs.
• Proven project management and delivery experience.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams, locations, or markets.
• Experience with third-party suppliers, budgets, and contracts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
