The IT Business Relationship Manager (IT BRM) will serve as a pivotal link between the IT department and various business units, ensuring that technology investments align with business strategies and objectives. This role is crucial for maximising the value derived from technology initiatives and fostering innovation within the organisation. The IT BRM function is an integral part in the Innovation Group, driving new ideas and solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Communication: Able to explain complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language, both verbally and in writing; strong presentation and active listening skills
Stakeholder Engagement: Builds rapport and trust with business partners and IT teams; influences outcomes through credibility and relationship-building rather than positional authority
