Overview

The purpose of this role is to act as the conduit between the IT department and Healix Health, ensuring clear and effective two-way communication. The position holder is expected to capture change requests to the Healix Health product suite to validate their business value and collaborate with the IT department to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions to a transparent schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse business requirements.
  • Report concisely and clearly on technical matters to non-technical staff.
  • Effectively translate requirements into IT solution deliverables.
  • Project management of multiple workstreams.
  • Participate in Healix Health workshops.
  • Provide updates to Healix Health on the status and progress of related IT projects.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Prior experience: commercial experience in business analysis.
  • Technical acumen and knowledge: experience working with complex multi-user cloud and on-premises systems.
  • Tools proficiency: the ability to create presentations using MS applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Communication skills: the ability to influence through reasoned arguments, effectively communicate technical matters to non-technical users, translate non-technical requirements into technical specifications, and present ideas within a matrix structure to diverse audiences across varying levels of seniority.
  • Management skills: the ability to drive agile projects using PRINCE2 methodology or similar.
  • Successful application of these skills and the ability to deliver sustainably against agreed objectives, KPIs or other performance metrics. This includes delivering IT solutions on schedule and in alignment with agreed business requirements.
  • A degree or equivalent. A recognised qualification in business analysis.
