Job summary

Barclay Simpson is recruiting an IT Internal Audit Manager to lead technology-focused audits within a large, highly regulated environment, delivering assurance on cyber security, IT governance, operational technology and data management.

You will manage multiple engagements, coach a Senior Internal Auditor, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and help shape the IT audit plan while coordinating with external auditors to ensure comprehensive assurance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering technology audits in large, complex or regulated organisations.
• Experience managing multiple audits, including sign-off and line management of auditors.
• Strong ITGC, cyber security, IT governance and technology risk knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT audit engagements from planning to remediation tracking.
• Deliver audits on IT governance, cyber security, cloud services, operational technology, data management.
• Review scopes, testing strategies and reports for quality.
• Coach and develop a Senior Internal Auditor.
• Assess IT General Controls including access, change, incident and DR.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assurance teams to ensure coverage.
