Job summary

A leading hospitality group is seeking an ICT Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of innovative technology projects. You will work closely with the IT Technical Project Lead to drive IT initiatives across hotel operations and ensure seamless implementations. The ideal candidate has a degree in IT or related fields and experience in managing IT projects within hospitality. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting or managing IT projects, ideally in hospitality or multi-site environments.
  • Knowledge of PMS, POS, CRM systems and integrations.

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a ICT Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of innovative technology projects across a leading hospitality group.

You will work closely with the IT Technical Project Lead to drive IT initiatives across hotel operations, corporate systems, and guest-facing platforms - ensuring seamless implementation, efficiency, and great user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across multiple sites.
  • Oversee systems such as PMS, POS, CRM, mobile apps, and smart room tech.
  • Coordinate vendors, manage timelines, and ensure projects align with business goals.
  • Support integrations, data security, and compliance (GDPR, cybersecurity).
  • Provide technical and operational support, documentation, and user training.
  • Assist in improving ICT processes, performance, and service quality.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience supporting or managing IT projects - ideally within hospitality or multi-site environments.
  • Knowledge of PMS, POS, CRM systems and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or PRINCE2 methodologies is desirable.
