Job summary

Huxley is seeking an IT Asset Manager to own the lifecycle of physical IT assets in a regulated banking environment. The role focuses on governance, cost optimisation, and building out HAM/ITAM frameworks in a greenfield setting.

Based in London with hybrid 50/50% work, you will contribute to an IT governance Centre of Excellence and align with DORA standards while ensuring audit readiness across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT asset management or IT operations, ideally in a regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDBs and asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle process for physical IT assets from procurement to disposal.
• Build and govern HAM/ITAM frameworks in a greenfield environment.
• Drive audit readiness and cost optimisation across EMEA.
• Lead the transformation and establish a Centre of Excellence for IT Asset Management.
