Trafford IT and Digital Services play a pivotal role in delivering the Council’s Corporate and NHS Locality Plans driving digital transformation across Trafford Council and NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care services. As part of our IT Operational function, you’ll be joining a forward-thinking team that manages and supports the technology landscape powering our business applications and frontline services. Following ITIL best practices, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, secure, and reliable IT services that align technology with business needs and maximise value for our residents.
As an IT Analyst in the Asset Team, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the technology that underpins everything we do. You’ll ensure that incidents and service requests are efficiently handled, contribute to problem-solving and process improvement, and help us deliver exceptional IT support to colleagues and partners.
You’ll be a proactive and detail-oriented IT professional with experience in operational IT support and asset management. You’ll understand the importance of process, collaboration, and continuous improvement. A strong customer focus, good communication skills, and a commitment to quality will help you succeed in this role.
