As part of our IT Operational function, you’ll be joining a forward-thinking team that manages and supports the technology landscape powering our business applications and frontline services. About the role

As an IT Analyst in the Asset Team, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the technology that underpins everything we do. You’ll ensure that incidents and service requests are efficiently handled, contribute to problem-solving and process improvement, and help us deliver exceptional IT support to colleagues and partners.

Your main responsibilities will include
  • Managing incidents and service requests in line with agreed procedures.
  • Diagnosing, prioritising, and resolving technical issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Facilitating recovery and documenting resolutions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Supporting IT hardware and software asset management processes.
  • Contributing to testing, reviewing, and refining operational procedures.
  • Mentoring and supporting IT Support staff to develop their technical and customer service skills.
About you

You’ll be a proactive and detail-oriented IT professional with experience in operational IT support and asset management. You’ll understand the importance of process, collaboration, and continuous improvement. A strong customer focus, good communication skills, and a commitment to quality will help you succeed in this role.
