Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical IT support ensuring customers are dealt with promptly.
  • Log customer incidents and requests within the CRM.
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve customer incidents.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Update the CRM effectively and manage customer tickets.
  • Develop relationships with customers for advice.
  • Collaborate with ITMS Service Desk members.
  • Continue personal development through training.

Join our Team as an IT Apprentice!

Location : Swindon

Salary : Apprentice wage 7.55 per hour for first 12 months of training

Hours : 37.5 hours per week shifts between 8am - 6pm

About the role

Are you ready to kickstart your career in IT support As an IT Apprentice at Onecom youll provide remote and on-site IT support for Macs PCs servers Microsoft 365 and various associated software. Youll develop essential skills in fault finding diagnostics and system maintenance while ensuring high levels of customer service. If you have a can-do attitude and a passion for IT this apprenticeship is for you!

  • Accurately log customer incidents and requests within the CRM assessing ticket severity
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve customer incidents and service requests
  • Maintain a high level of customer service for incidents and service requests
  • Update the CRM effectively and manage customer tickets
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers becoming a trusted source of advice
  • Collaborate with ITMS Service Desk members to provide outstanding service
  • Continue personal development through training on relevant products and business knowledge
