IT Applications Manager – Principal Business Analyst

This high‑impact role involves identifying process gaps, managing full‑cycle implementations, and driving strategic system improvements across Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise application projects from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align systems with business goals.
• Support finance operations, including month‑end close and project accounting.
• Develop ERP, CRM, and BI reports and dashboards.
• Manage internal teams and third‑party vendors.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across departments.
