Overview

Booker Group is recruiting for an IT Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract. This hands-on role requires a balance between people management, technical support, and service management. You will take ownership of escalated issues, manage workloads, and ensure all incidents and service requests are resolved in line with SLAs. You will work closely with internal IT teams such as Infrastructure, Networks, and Service Desk.

Responsibilities

• Managing mobile device administration.
• Managing project development budgets.
• Monitoring system KPIs.
• Generating management information reporting.
• Supporting delivery of the mobile device roadmap.
• Managing equipment spares availability.

Requirements

• Good understanding of mobile & tablet devices using Android & iOS operating systems.
• Knowledge of mobile device management systems.
• Knowledge of wholesale industry business processes useful, not essential.
• Technical project management skills.
• Service management skills.
• Consistent delivery of results.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment.
