This position offers an opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee and enhance our IT operations, providing crucial support to ensure the effective use of technology throughout the organization.

The IT Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of our IT systems and network infrastructure. Your expertise will help us provide top-notch service to our clients while ensuring that our internal processes remain efficient and secure.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they become problems
  • Provide technical support and training to staff regarding hardware and software
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot servers, network systems, and applications
  • Implement security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Assist in IT projects to improve infrastructure and implement new technologies
