An educational staffing agency is seeking an Isolation Room Co-ordinator in Rochdale to manage student behavior during internal exclusions. The role involves overseeing the Isolation Room operations while supporting students' learning and behavior. Candidates must have strong communication skills and experience in behavior support and incident management. This full-time position offers a salary between £21,293 and £23,481 per annum, along with benefits including pension membership and health packages.
Location: Rochdale
Hours: 32.5 hours per week (term time only)
8.15am – 15.15pm Monday – Friday
Salary: £21,293 - £23,481 per annum (starting scale point is dependent on experience)
Start date: As soon as possible following a successful interview (upon receipt of satisfactory pre-employment checks)
As the Isolation Room Coordinator for our Educational client, you will manage the academy’s Isolation Room as a key part of the behaviour management system, helping to reduce repeat isolations and student exclusions.
You will maintain high behaviour expectations and a focused working environment, supporting students’ academic progress and personal development during internal exclusion.
You will be supported by behaviour managers, Heads of Year, and senior leaders, with teamwork playing a vital role in helping you carry out the job effectively.
