A leading construction and engineering firm is seeking reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Operatives for an immediate start on a long-term civil engineering project on the Isle of Skye. The role includes performing essential groundwork, operating machinery, and ensuring safe site conditions. Candidates must have a CPCS or NPORS ticket, a valid CSCS Card, and significant experience in heavy civils projects. This opportunity offers a structured 11-on, 3-off rotation schedule with fully paid accommodation for the duration of the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundwork tasks including deep drainage and kerbing.
• Operate 360 Excavators and Large Dumpers.
• Assist in Formwork, Rebar, and Concrete tasks.
