A leading NHS foundation trust in Manchester seeks an experienced IRMER Quality & Safety Manager to ensure compliance and lead quality improvements across Imaging services. The ideal candidate will be a HCPC registered Radiographer with proven experience in quality management and accreditation, alongside strong leadership and communication skills. Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IRMER Quality & Safety Manager to join our Quality and Safety Team in the Imaging Division. This pivotal role will lead the implementation and management of a robust quality system across Imaging services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for overseeing internal audits, managing non‑conformances, and liaising with accreditation bodies to maintain UKAS accreditation. The post holder will also support operational management, contribute to strategic planning, and play a key role in clinical governance, risk management, and staff development.
