Capita Ireland is a leader in the business process outsourcing market. More than 1,200 colleagues deliver multichannel customer engagement services to utilities, telecommunications, media, travel, financial services, agriculture and public sectors.

We are looking for an Irish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team. For this role, you must be fluent in the Irish language. The start date for this role is Monday 28 July 2025.

Shift, Training & Work Arrangement
  • 5 days per week, across Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 8pm
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Training & Grad Bay delivered at Little Island office for the full duration
  • Hybrid working between home and office after training
What you’ll be doing
  • Handle a high number of customer queries via telephone and complete administration tasks
  • Respond to queries in a positive manner to leave a great first impression
  • Meet day-to-day service delivery targets, handling queries in a timely, professional and consistent manner
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers, team members and clients
  • Navigate multiple systems to record all contact interactions in line with process

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work to stringent customer service SLAs and KPIs
  • Confidence and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft suite, including Excel) and data entry
  • Proactive attitude with ambition to develop role in the future
