A leading mental health support organization in Bristol is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to help individuals with mental health issues find paid employment. This role offers flexibility and numerous progression opportunities while supporting clients in achieving their employment goals. Required qualifications include experience in customer-facing environments and a clean driving license. The package includes 27 days’ annual leave, pension contributions, and various employee benefits.

Note: The starting salary for this position is £29,343.

Individual Placement & Support – IPS – Employment services support people to find paid employment as part of their recovery. Day to day you will be supporting clients with mental health support needs to find and sustain paid employment as a key element of their recovery - engaging with employers and building good working relationships with Mental Health teams along the way.
You’ll offer support, careers advice and guidance, helping people to set their own recovery and employment focused goals and provide training in personal and skills development such as CV preparation, interview techniques, etc.
Additionally, you will have responsibility for maintaining efficient admin systems to ensure referrals, assessments, progress and reviews are completed in a timely manner.
