A large engineering site in Greenwich is seeking an Electronics Inspector for an ongoing contract. The role involves inspecting electronic sub-assemblies and ensuring high-quality standards while working as part of a team. Qualifications

• Previous experience is essential; however, this may be your first role within the fibre-optics industry.
• Good understanding of and commitment to safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Undertake visual inspection of assembled articles, ensuring all ESD product disciplines are adhered to.
• Liaising with other departments and Supervisors to ensure the timely build and transfer of your product.
• Following Engineering diagrams to ensure Operators have adhered to written instructions.
• High precision soldering for reworks.
• Ability to electrically wire units.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness in the workplace.
• Take reasonable care of your health and safety and that of others.
• Follow company safety and quality systems and report any incidents.
