Qualifications

• Trained to IPC-A-610 and J-STD Class 3 standards.
• Experience in soldering conventional components; some surface mount experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering to PCBs following detailed build instructions and IPC-A-610 / J-STD standards.
• Carry out board modifications based on customer specifications.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and procedures.
