Job summary

Nationwide Platforms Ltd. is seeking an IPAF Instructor to join our External Training team in the Midlands. The role covers training across Birmingham, Nottingham and Leicester, with travel between centres as required.

You’ll deliver high quality IPAF courses to internal and external customers, bringing excellent communication and presentation skills to every session. We offer a competitive salary with a car or £6,000 car allowance, pension, 25 days holiday and life assurance.

Qualifications

• IPAF instructor qualification or equivalent experience.
• Valid driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
• Strong communication and presentation skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IPAF training across the Midlands region.
• Travel between Birmingham, Nottingham and Leicester as required.
• Ensure courses meet external awarding bodies criteria.
• Maintain training records and complete documentation to GDPR standards.
• Provide training and assessment guidance to delegates and customers.
