Job summary

ITS Building People are currently recruiting for an experienced IPAF Operative on behalf of our client for a project based in Southampton, Hampshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor/developer. Successful candidates may be considered for further assignments through ITS Building People following completion of the project. Weekly pay and overtime hours are available, with free parking on site and good transport links nearby.

Qualifications

• CSCS/CPCS/NPORS card required (not always)
• Own PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis and Safety Boots)
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant tools/equipment where required

Responsibilities

• Operate IPAF equipment on site
• Assist with general site duties as required
• Work safely and follow site rules and procedures
• Coordinate with site team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Valid [CSCS/CPCS/NPORS] Card but not always required
• Previous experience within a similar role
• Own PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis and Safety Boots)
• Relevant tools/equipment where required
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred (Not Essential)

• Traffic Marshal
• Asbestos Awareness
• Relevant Trade Qualification

Training / Progression Opportunities
