What we're looking for

We're seeking a committed Partner to enhance our IP practice. You should have experience in IP disputes, drafting and negotiating IP agreements (such as assignments, licences, confidentiality, and R&D agreements). Minimum requirements

• Experience in building and sustaining an IP practice
• Deep understanding of sector/market trends affecting clients
• Knowledge of revenue prioritisation
• Effective coaching and leadership skills
• Ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements

• External profile as a leader in IP
• Understanding of delivering legal services at a top 20 law firm
