The role involves advising on a full range of soft IP advisory and disputes, including trade marks, designs, and copyright matters. Popular city firm is recruiting for a 2-4 PQE Associate to join their market-leading Brands practice in London.

The firm advises on the full range of soft IP advisory and disputes work, including trade marks, brands, designs and copyright matters. The hiring team has experience in trade mark and design strategy, clearance, prosecution, monitoring, portfolio management and enforcement, working with the UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO.

The ideal hire will be 2-4 PQE, with IPO experience gained at another top tier city/regional firm. You must have strong interpersonal skills and a minimum 2:1 degree.
