Job summary

DeterTech Holdings Limited is seeking a Laravel/IoT Developer to join our IT team in a remote-friendly role. The successful candidate will own IoT and alarm signalling hardware integrations, map telemetry, and drive secure, scalable features across the ARC platform and DTCommand client portal.

You will collaborate with embedded firmware engineers and product teams to translate hardware capabilities into dependable operator controls, dashboards and automation, while maintaining robust security

Qualifications

Experience integrating software with IoT/hardware devices.
Understanding of alarm/ARC signalling protocols (e.g., SIA, Contact ID, IP signalling).
Strong Laravel/PHP skills to build device integrations, APIs and monitoring.

Responsibilities

IoT and hardware integration: build and maintain software integrations with devices and gateways.
Application development & iterative feature engineering: develop APIs and monitoring using Laravel/PHP and MQTT.
Troubleshooting and support: diagnose issues across hardware/software boundaries and provide escalation support.
Security, compliance and reliability: enforce secure device communications and industry standards.
Sprint delivery and platform collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to evolve device features and architecture.
