Job summary

Trainline is seeking an iOS Engineer to build new features for the Trainline iOS app, focusing on Trainline Media and revenue beyond rail tickets. You will work with Product, Design and Eng teams to ship reliable, well-tested features that enhance the user experience and unlock commercial opportunities.

You will own the development lifecycle from code to production, contribute to technical decisions, and mentor teammates in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and shipping iOS apps with Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Strong focus on quality and well-tested features for customers.
• Product mindset with interest in media/ads integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver new features for the Trainline iOS app with a focus on Trainline Media.
• Shape how media and partner experiences are integrated into the app.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and engineers to experiment and measure impact.
• Champion quality with testing and code reviews.
