Job summary

Starling is hiring iOS engineers in Cardiff and the UK to help deliver mobile banking features. You will work with Swift and UIKit in a MVVM-C architecture, focusing on accessibility and code quality while shipping reliable, user-friendly experiences.

You will join a hybrid team that attends office at least 1 day per week, collaborate across squads, and contribute to a fast-paced fintech culture that values ownership and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience building iOS apps in Swift with UIKit and MVVM-C.
• Strong understanding of accessibility and secure coding practices.
• Experience with RxSwift and reactive programming is a plus.
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code and ship features fast.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Starling iOS apps and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product and backend.
• Review code, write tests and ensure high quality of releases.
