Responsibilities

• Platform Ownership & Production: Work on ION platforms supporting trading and risk activities; ensure stability and data integrity; investigate incidents; act as a liaison between tech and business users; participate in upgrades and releases.
• Configuration, Development & Integration: Configure ION modules and workflows; develop scripts and integrations; interface with surrounding systems; contribute to performance tuning.
• Business Interaction & Analysis: Collaborate with Front Office, Risk and Operations; translate business processes into platform solutions; assist in requirements analysis, testing and delivery.
• Technical Environment: Work with ION platforms, SQL databases, scripting, and Linux/UNIX environments; engage with data sources and integration architectures.

These platforms support end-to-end workflows including:

• risk and valuation processes

• integration with upstream and downstream systems

The role involves close interaction with business users and strong ownership of platform behaviour in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership & Production

• Work on ION platforms supporting trading and risk activities
• Ensure platform stability, data integrity and workflow consistency
• Investigate and resolve production incidents
• Act as a key point of contact between technology and business users
• Participate in platform upgrades and release activities

Configuration, Development & Integration

• Configure and customise ION modules and workflows
• Develop or enhance scripts, integrations and platform components
• Work on interfaces with surrounding systems and data sources
• Contribute to performance tuning and platform optimisation

Business Interaction & Analysis

• Work closely with Front Office, Risk or Operations users
• Understand business processes and translate them into platform solutions
• Participate in requirements analysis, testing and delivery
• Support users during change and onboarding phases
