What we offer you

You get the opportunity to take ownership of a key business area. You’ll be working in-person in London, with a growth-oriented environment. We provide:

  • The opportunity to have a real impact — you’ll gain operational experience in a start-up where your work and results are tangible and meaningful to the business.
  • Inspiration and guidance — closely with a high performing team as well as with the CEO and founder.
  • Unlimited growth potential — we promote internally.
  • Travel opportunities — you would join our conferences overseas.
  • Valuable transferable skills — enhance interpersonal, research, organisation, outreach and project management skills through experience and training.
Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary but are mostly centered around:

  • Identify, maintain and develop long-standing relationships with institutional investors who can benefit from our targeted offering and network.
  • Support the LP investment strategy by facilitating 1:1 meetings with relevant fund managers.
  • Assist the team in delivering exclusive products such as roundtables, panel sessions, and VIP receptions, including securing an audience beyond the usual definition of institutional investors, such as GPs.
What the future holds with our company

We believe this position can lay the foundation for a very successful career, with a strong emphasis on internal promotions. Our culture supports career growth, and we have a track record of internal advancement.

What we expect from you

No specific previous work experience is required as training is provided, and we welcome candidates across different levels of experience. However, you must have a UK work permit.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a relentless drive and desire to be the best at what they do;
  • Possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency;
  • Take ownership, are proactive, and follow through on commitments;
  • Are curious about people and enjoy speaking with others to build and nurture relationships;
  • Are excellent communicators, both verbally and in writing;
  • Are well-organised and able to structure and prioritise their work.
Location and work style

The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Sloane Square. We work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year.
