What we offer you

You will take ownership of one of our key business areas. You’ll work in-person at our London HQ and will be encouraged to grow continually. We provide:

  • Travel opportunities to join our conferences overseas.
  • Transferable skills development in interpersonal, research, organisation, outreach and project management through experience and training.
Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary but are primarily centered around:

  • Identify, maintain and develop long-standing, fruitful relationships with institutional investors who can benefit from our product and network.
  • Support the investment strategy of the LP by facilitating 1:1 meetings with relevant fund managers.
  • Assist the team in delivering exclusive products such as roundtables, panel sessions, and VIP receptions, which may include engaging audiences beyond the usual definition of institutional investors, such as GPs.
What the future holds for you with our company

Whether you join for 2 years or 10+, this position is intended to lay the foundation for a successful career. We believe in internal promotions and aim to place management positions internally. Our track record shows a meaningful opportunity for growth within the company.

What we expect from you

  • Possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency;
  • Take ownership, are proactive, and follow through on commitments;
  • Are curious about people and enjoy speaking with and building relationships;
  • Are excellent communicators, especially verbally and in writing;
  • Are well-organised and able to structure and prioritise their work.
