Job summary

Ardian's Investor Relations team, over 120 professionals strong, develops fundraising materials and manages investor relationships across asset classes. This strategic role involves supporting the IR Head and COO, coordinating with multiple teams to deliver high-quality documents and insights.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic background with relevant coursework from a leading university or business school.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous internship in a similar role or fast-paced environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce fundraising and reporting materials for weekly meetings (120+ attendees including Global Head and COO of IR).
• Create and refine the global Executive Committee presentation on a monthly basis; coordinate with Legal to ensure timelines.
• Support fundraising statistics and assist in organizing meetings and events.
